Each individual room is secured with an electronic lock and key that cannot be duplicated by anyone other than leasing office staff. Taking strides towards academic success is at the forefront of our residents priorities. We also reward academic excellence by providing $150 to each resident that earns a 3.8 or above GPA and submits their transcripts to us within a week after grades are submitted
